QX Gaygalan 2002 var den fjärde QX Gaygalan och den hölls på Tyrol på Gröna Lund i Stockholm den 3 februari 2002. Galan leddes av Sissela Kyle. Priserna delades ut till personer som nominerats av tidningen QXs läsare. Det delades ut priser i tjugo kategorier, nitton av dessa hade röstats fram av läsarna. Det tjugonde, QX hederspris, beslutas av tidningen och det gick till Stig-Åke Petersson, för att han i 30 år kämpat ideellt för att ge homosexuella som förföljts i sina hemländer uppehållstillstånd. 1
