Trained at Kerala Kalamandalam under Painkulam Rama Chakyar and resident for decades at the Margi classical arts institution in Thiruvananthapuram, Margi Sathi revitalized Nangiar Koothu—the solo female Sanskrit narrative wing of Koodiyattam. 1
